Sebastian Dasenbrock is a master’s student in engineering management with a focus on logistics at the Otto von Guericke University, Magdeburg. He is currently doing an internship at our Schweinfurt location and will subsequently write his master thesis there.
Manuel Wiedenmann is studying business information systems management in his first semester at the Otto Friedrich University in Bamberg. He has already graduated as an industrial engineer and is currently doing an internship in the Gearbox Bearing segment.
Jan Neidinger is a mechanical engineering master’s student at Karlsruhe Institute for Technology (KIT). His passion for cars determined his choice of study and led him to Schaeffler in Bühl – to the development and testing department for clutch release systems.

We offer you
We support you during your internship with appropriate remuneration. We can assist students from universities that are not nearby in finding accommodation.
Our STS program provides committed interns the opportunity to stay in contact with the Schaeffler Group and participate in varied, interesting events and complete an internship abroad.
5 to 6 months; practical experience in the Schaeffler Group and very good results at university, good knowledge of the relevant national language and/or fluent written and spoken English.
Casual student workers
We provide students the opportunity to gain experience in an industrial company by working in one of the departments mentioned above on a regular basis during their studies.
