We offer you the best preparation for taking on positions of responsibility at Schaeffler during our programs. You receive a permanent employment contract with all our trainee programs.
Our 12 to 18-month trainee programs
offer a qualified, function-oriented and individual focus.

| You are working in your defined business division, e.g. Engine Systems, Industrial, Technology, Purchasing or Finance. |
| Here, you will spend time in core and elective departments and work on challenging projects. |
| Each module of the program is individually matched to your qualifications and the requirements of the planned target field. |
| At the same time, your entry into work is supplemented by additional personal training so that you can develop to meet the requirements of your intended position. |
| Precondition: Successfully completed university degree in a technical or scientific field. |
On our 2-year corporate trainee program,
you will receive an insight into different divisions of the company in addition to your main focus.

| The program is offered with a focus on development/application engineering and manufacturing. |
| The international and cross-divisional focus involves a foreign assignment lasting 6 months. |
| Each module of the program is individually matched to your qualifications and interests with regard to your final position. |
