Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic priorities of dedicated eCommerce business models as owner of the business
  • Translate business strategy into operational business plans and actions
  • Ensure business build-up and scaling (incl. project & rollout management)
  • Manage stakeholders, key accounts and partners in order to build-up, grow and maintain your business
  • Secure quantitative and qualitative performance and measurement of your business
  • Be an advocate of your business in the company with your customer-centric view
  • Work closely and collaborative with relevant internal interfaces globally and locally

Your Qualifications

  • University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, IT or comparable qualification
  • Several years of working experience in similar role, ideally in the automotive industry
  • Knowledge of different direct or indirect eCommerce business models (i.e. marketplaces or direct) and their common KPIs
  • Very good MS Office knowledge, experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • Fluent in English and German spoken and written, other languages are beneficial
  • Customer and service orientation as well as strong communication and convincing negotiation skills
  • Excellent analytical skills as well as the ability to present complex content in an understandable, recipient-oriented manner
  • Willingness to travel internationally
