Professional Project Management Global Strategic Sales (m/w/d)

This position is limited to 18 months.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for time, scope, budget and quality within the defined project goals
  • Initiation, planning, execution and completion of complex cross-functional & international projects of various types
  • Close cooperation with the PMO and the project sponsor
  • Focus on portfolio management and global transparent project management
  • Support in PMO tasks, such as development, implementation and continuous improvement of methods, tools and processes
  • Organizational & coordinative support of the Global Strategic Sales Team
  • Preparation for presentations and documents for internal and external use
  • Budget controlling and purchase requisition (BANF)

Your Qualifications

  • Successfully completed university degree in business administration or comparable qualification
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management, ideally in an agile background within a global operationg group
  • Experience within sales-projects is beneficial
  • Very good MS Office knowledge especially with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with a project management software, e. g. Jira, Planisware, MS-Project, etc.
  • Good skills in SAP R/3 SD
  • Certification as an agile project manager is an advantage
  • Fluent in English spoken and written, German is beneficial
  • Agile mindset, intercultural sensitivity, distinct communication skills as well as independent approach
  • Proactive with good conceptual skills and affinity for numbers
  • Structured and organized way of working
