Your Key Responsibilities

  • Disciplinary and functional lead of the on-line marketing teams
  • Creation and implementation of the roadmap towards digital marketing excellence
  • Maintaining, managing and filling digital marketing channels such as websites, blogs, e-mails and all social media accounts
  • Forming the interface between business, IT and digital as well as working closely with product, design, sales teams and external Providers
  • Provision and optimization of online content with consideration of SEO and Google Analytics
  • Development of specific online campaigns to ensure a high degree of customer interaction
  • Management of projects in the field of digital marketing as well as continuous market observation
  • Development and expansion of CRM marketing environments in the backend and frontend
  • Forecast of sales development and identification of measures to increase the market segment
  • Enhance and manage close collaboration with campaign management towards omni-channel marketing (on-line to off-line mix)

Your Qualifications

  • Successfully completed university studies with focus on marketing, digital technologies or comparable qualifications
  • Relevant professional experience in digital marketing with strong customer focus and expertise in CRM marketing environments as well as first leadership experience
  • Proven experience in the conception and implementation of successful digital marketing campaigns combined with practical knowledge in project management
  • Comprehensive understanding of the functioning of all current digital marketing channels
  • In-depth knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices
  • Practical experience with SEO / SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software as well as familiarity with web design
  • Strong communication skills combined with hands-on mentality and outstanding analytical skills
  • High degree of teamwork as well as willingness to work in cross-functional and intercultural teams
  • Fluent in English spoken and written, German is beneficial
