Professional Project Management Global Strategic Sales (m/w/d)

This position is limited to 18 months.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Responsibility for time, scope, budget and quality within the defined project goals
- Initiation, planning, execution and completion of complex cross-functional & international projects of various types
- Close cooperation with the PMO and the project sponsor
- Focus on portfolio management and global transparent project management
- Support in PMO tasks, such as development, implementation and continuous improvement of methods, tools and processes
- Organizational & coordinative support of the Global Strategic Sales Team
- Preparation for presentations and documents for internal and external use
- Budget controlling and purchase requisition (BANF)
Your Qualifications
- Successfully completed university degree in business administration or comparable qualification
- At least 3 years of experience in project management, ideally in an agile background within a global operationg group
- Experience within sales-projects is beneficial
- Very good MS Office knowledge especially with Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with a project management software, e. g. Jira, Planisware, MS-Project, etc.
- Good skills in SAP R/3 SD
- Certification as an agile project manager is an advantage
- Fluent in English spoken and written, German is beneficial
- Agile mindset, intercultural sensitivity, distinct communication skills as well as independent approach
- Proactive with good conceptual skills and affinity for numbers
- Structured and organized way of working
