Assembly of linear bearings - for technicians and fitters

Training aim
This course conveys knowledge of Schaeffler linear technology, linear units and driven screws and shows the professional assembly of linear guidance.

Training contents

In this training the theoretical imparted knowledge is deepened by practical exercises. The mounting options of shaft guidance systems, track roller guidance systems and monorail guidance systems are described and practically demonstrated.

Each time after the assembly demonstrations, the participant is required to carry out the assembly by himself.

Assembly exercises for closure technique i.e., the cover of fixing screws of the rails, complement the practical work of the students.

Additionally exercises are carried out on linear modules e.g., change of toothed belt, adjustment of toothed belt tension.

• Registration no later than 14 days before start of the training course.
• We reserve the right to cancel training courses on the grounds of undersubscription up to 14 days before the start of the training course.
• If training participant cancels attendance at the course after registration has been confirmed, 40€ processing fee will be charged. Cancellation less than 2 weeks 50% of the course fee is charged. If the client nominates a substitue, this rule does not apply.
