Your Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and implement applicable relevant quality and safety standards for Elektrolyzer Products and Plant Engineering
  • Analyze customers quality perception of Schaeffler`s products, processes and services
  • Actively implement a Total Quality Management approach within the Strategic Business Field Hydrogen Industrial in close cooperation with the central Quality Organisation
  • Represent Schaeffler in national and international standardization groups
  • Coordinate the processing of quality claims by customer
  • Actively drive the development of quality documentation in customer projects and R&D
  • Support creation of quality evidences in accordance with Schaeffler`s Quality Management System
  • Coordinate safety activities within the business field Hydrogen Industrial
  • Coordinate activities between certifying bodies and Schaeffler Organization

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or above in engineering field
  • Profound work experience in comparable quality functions
  • Total Quality approach with ability to run structured (VOC) customer quality analysis desireable
  • Experience in Plant Engineering (PED, ASME, ATEX, ISO)
  • Extensive experienced in quality methods (e.g. HAZOP, FMEA, Six-Sigma, 8D, Ishikawa etc.)
  • Experience in the application of relevant standards for plant engineering, handling of process gases, electric application
  • Knowledge in product conformity evaluation and product certification process
  • Fluent English skills, German is beneficial
  • High level of self-motivation, independent working methods and excellent communication skills
