This position can be filled at any German or South & Western European location of the Schaeffler Group.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining a Sales Partner organisation for Industry 4.0 Service Solutions in South and Western Europe
  • Ensuring a continuous profitable growth in new business as well as meeting new business targets according to budget
  • Qualifying of potential new Sales Partners regarding commercial, technical and sales relevance
  • Negotiating and executing of framework contracts
  • Leading a Sales Pipeline and delivering according to cost and profit budget

Your Qualifications

  • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in the field of Sales Partner Management and technical sales
  • Technical knowledge in machinery construction, automatisation as well as profound knowledge in condition monitoring, vibration analysis and lubricant dispensers
  • Good knowledge of IT tools such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, SAP
  • Entrepreneurial mindset as well as experience in Business Development
  • Full proficiency in English as well as good knowledge of one additional south-western European language mandatory (Spanish, French, Italian)
  • Willingness to travel internationally
  • Intercultural competence, very good communication skills as well as interest in interdisciplinary and international cooperation
