Your Key Responsibilities
- Functional supervision and further development of HR-systems with focus on SAP HCM and SuccessFactors, roles and authorizations as well as HR-data-domains worldwide
- Regular adjustments of the authorization concepts within the systems when changes are made, or reissue when new systems are implemented
- Self-dependent creation or review of technical concepts and descriptions conforming to the law when system changes and new implementations are made, in cooperation with the IT and other relevant departments
- Independent analysis, definition and examination of the incoming requirements for HR-systems under consideration of the end-to-end approach
- Consultancy and support, and if applicable creation of concepts, for our clients for the optimization and digitalization of global HR-processes as a connection between HR and IT departments and external partners
- Independent development of documents and execution of trainings worldwide in English and, if possible, German in cooperation with HR
Your Qualifications
- Successfully completed studies in the field of economics, business informatics or comparable qualifications
- Several years of working experience in project management in HR environment
- Expertise in HR-processes
- Profound knowledge in HR-systems, e.g. SAP HCM or SuccessFactors
- Very good knowledge in MS Office products (specifically MS Excel) and high IT affinity
- Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken language
- Intercultural sensibility and ability to work in international teams
- Analytic and systematic way of thinking in combination with strong communication skills
