Your Key Responsibilities
- Own the overall responsibility for a dedicated eCommerce business model
- Evaluate the potentials and innovations and develop a roadmap for implementation and drive the execution
- Ensure business build-up and scaling (incl. project & rollout management)
- Develop and execute business plans to grow revenues and the profitability
- Secure quantitative and qualitative performance and measurement of your business
- Be an advocate of your business in the company with your customer-centric view
- Contribute with your eCommerce experience to other global eCommerce initiatives
- Work closely and collaborative with relevant internal interfaces globally and locally
Your Qualifications
- Bachelors or master’s degree in business or similar
- Several years experience in the field of eCommerce business development, preferably in a manufacturing company and with experience in B2B
- Entrepreneurial mindset and proven track record in developing successully digital businesses
- Commercially driven and ability to create solid business cases
- Highly motivated, systematic and analytical thinking in an agile context
- Excellent skills in building up and maintaining relationships and networks in a multicultural environment
- Desire to shape a new business field for the aftermarket in a future-oriented way
- Agile mindset, distinct communication skills as well as independent approach
- Omnichannel experience is benificial
- Fluent in English spoken and written, German is beneficial
