Governance for S4 Managed Platform (m/f/d)

Your Key Responsibilities

• Management, optimization, governance and further development of S/4 contracts including alignment of requirements versus contract, participation in service meetings and market monitoring
• Development and implementation of tool-supported processes (Service Now) within the framework of requirement management and demand handling
• Support SAP architecture management
• Performance management for defined SAP system landscapes and SAP system administration
• Incident and problem handling for SAP Basis issues regarding operated SAP System landscapes
• Planning, coordination and execution of e. g. SAP maintenances, SAP Support/Enhancement Packages or SAP Upgrades for defined SAP System landscapes

Your Qualifications

• Successfully completed degree in (business) IT or comparable qualification together with knowledge and experience gained in practice
• Perennial experience with provider control in operational SAP Basis operations
• Relevant knowledge in working with Cloud environments and services, preferably with Microsoft Azure
• Deep knowledge in SAP Basis administration R3/S4
• Practice in Service Now (technology, processes and workflows)
• Knowledge of Data anonymization an advantage
• Agile and technology open mindset
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
• Assertiveness combined with quality-oriented working methods and ability to think abstractly
• Independent initiative, willingness to learn, and customer orientation
