Ihre Aufgaben

  • Revenue generation at target margin acc. to plan Sales portfolio development
  • Strategic/tactical/operational go-to-market planning and execution
  • Global sales funnel operation (lead generation, Opportunity development, quote, order generation) with CRM
  • Sales process quality reporting via KPIs (leads, quotes, revenue, hit-rates, market share)
  • Preparation and execution of training plans for regional experts
  • Development of pricing strategies based on customer value-add as well as Customer project negotiations incl. preparation of detailed offers
  • Collection and transfer of customer requirements
  • Input to product and technology roadmap planning
  • Collection and analysis of market information (volumes, competitor market value, Schaeffler market share, global market trends)
  • Preparation and execution of market campaigns in cooperation with Marketing & Coms department
  • Creation of benchmark studies and deduction of action plans

Ihr Profil

  • Minimum 5 years experience in sales and business development
  • Strong in building technical sales arguments based on USP and Total Profit of Ownership Understanding
  • Teambuilding experience in start-up environment
  • Used to work in highly dynamic business conditions
  • Engineering background in investment equipment
  • Existing European or global network in plant technology markets or technical gases markets preferred
  • Electrolysis business experience welcome
  • Fluent in English, other languages welcome, German is beneficial
