Your Key Responsibilities
- Support in content preparation and implementation of agile driven KAM strategy workshops
- Cooperation with key account manager in the preparation and maintenance of strategy documents
- Consolidation and aggregation of KAM reports for management
- Support of internal and external meeting preparation, conduction and follow-up as well as support internal and external stakeholder communication
- Support with creation of procedures, work instructions and training documents as well as implementation of key-account specific processes
- KAM key user for CRM-systems
- General support of key account management team (KAM / Functions)
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in business economics, related fields or comparable qualification
- First experiences in sales administration or sales service
- Experience within the Automotive Aftermarket, within an industry with a strong key account structure or in consulting preferable
- In depth understanding of customer structures and networks
- Understanding of SAP as well as very good application knowledge in Excel and basics in PowerBI
- Business fluent in English, German is beneficial
- High level of self-driven abilities within defined responsibility
- Collaborative team skills and analytical abilities combined with strong communication skills
