The high-precision X/Y stage offers a high performance and short cycle times. The system base made of mineral casting damps the vibrations. The integrated linear motors are characterised by their excellent force to volume ratio.
The X/Y stage is predestined for applications e.g. in productronics, measuring technology, laser machining, PCB production, for production machinery and OLED printing.
