Schaeffler Automotive Aftermarket is consistently focusing on digital transformation in order to take advantage of the challenges and opportunities presented by the continuous electrification of the global vehicle fleet. With two management appointments, the company is intensifying its efforts to drive forward topics such as the circular economy, digitalization and innovation in the spare parts market.

Maxim Hantsch-Kramskoj is new President Business Development & Strategy Automotive Aftermarket

Maxim Hantsch-Kramskoj took over the position of President Business Development & Strategy from November 21, 2023. With many years of experience in the automotive industry, particularly in the field of battery systems for electric vehicles and energy storage systems, Hantsch-Kramskoj brings extensive expertise with him. He will report directly to Jens Schüler, CEO Schaeffler Automotive Aftermarket, and contribute significantly to the further development of the strategic direction of the Schaeffler Automotive Aftermarket. He succeeds Sebastian Schilling, who is leaving the company at his own request.

"I am very much looking forward to the challenges and opportunities that the position brings. Together with the professional team, I will contribute to further expanding the leading role of Schaeffler Automotive Aftermarket in the changing industry," says Maxim Hantsch-Kramskoj about his new role.

Hamid Manesh to take over as Head of Digitalization & IT Schaeffler Automotive Aftermarket

As Head of Digitalization & IT Automotive Aftermarket, Hamid Manesh will drive the digitalization strategy of Schaeffler Automotive Aftermarket from January 2024. With extensive international experience in the areas of corporate strategy, digitalization and digital business development, Manesh previously headed the Digital Program of Schaeffler Automotive Aftermarket. He takes over this role from Dr. Robert Felger, who will retire on March 1, 2024 after more than 35 years with the company.

"Being at the forefront of digitalization is crucial for the sustainable success of our company. We leverage innovative technologies in our business processes and expand our digital services portfolio as well as sales channels. This is also how we are driving forward the green transformation of our business, products and services," emphasizes Hamid Manesh.

With their contributions, they have shaped the company and made a decisive contribution to its success with their commitment and expertise.
