  • Expanded range for auxiliary drive systems for trucks and buses
  • New INA FEAD belts specifically developed to meet the high demands of heavy-duty applications
  • High load capacity, efficient power transmission, and long service life

Schaeffler Vehicle Lifetime Solutions is expanding its range for auxiliary drive systems under the INA brand in trucks and buses: In addition to the pulleys and tensioners already available, the company is now expanding its portfolio with a new multi-ribbed belt in OE-quality. Developed specifically for the demanding requirements of modern commercial vehicle engines, the belt combines high reliability with long service life. It is available for widely used vehicle models from Mercedes-Benz, MAN, DAF, Volvo, Scania, Iveco, and Renault.

Developed for increasing demands in heavy commercial vehicles

With the new INA FEAD belts, Schaeffler Vehicle Lifetime Solutions provides the right answer to the increasing demands of today’s engines. The belt is designed for high mechanical loads, high torque, and continuous stress. Its flat design with multiple longitudinal ribs enables efficient power transmission even under high loads. In addition, it is particularly wear-resistant and resistant to heat and environmental influences. The belt’s key strength element, the cord fabric, is made of high-strength polyester and thus ensures high elongation resistance and constant belt tension.

Future-proof multi-ribbed belt solution

All belts are made of certified EPDM rubber and are designed for reliable performance throughout their entire lifecycle – even under demanding operating conditions. “Under the INA brand, Schaeffler Vehicle Lifetime Solutions offers reliable, economical, and workshop-friendly solutions for auxiliary drive systems in trucks and buses. Our durable products help reduce downtime and get vehicles back on the road quickly. With the new INA FEAD belts, we are consistently expanding our portfolio for heavy commercial vehicles,” says Samuel Braun, Vice President Commercial Vehicles at Schaeffler Vehicle Lifetime Solutions.

Technical expertise for workshops and fleets

Schaeffler Vehicle Lifetime Solutions supports workshops and fleet operators not only with the right products, but also with the necessary expertise for their optimal use – from proper handling and storage to clear installation instructions, technical information, and visual support. “With our holistic approach, we help extend belt service life, identify wear at an early stage, and prevent unplanned downtime. Reliability in fleet operations is created through the interaction of durable components, correct handling, market-oriented repair solutions, and technical expertise. That is exactly the goal of every fleet operator,” says Braun.
