Vibration condition monitoring and diagnostics - Training with certification according to DIN ISO 18436-2

Training Objectives
Personnel in charge of measuring, analyzing and evaluating the condition of machinery require appropriate theoretical and practical knowledge in order to establish and maintain a successful machine monitoring program. ISO 18436-2 defines requirements in four consecutive categories. Certified vibration analysts are recognized by customers and employers at an international standard.

The practical experience of the applicant, the requirements for course instructors and training courses and the procedure for examination and certification are explained in the norm in detail. The training body and certification body must comply with all regulations. Schaeffler is a training partner of Mobius Institute, with Mobius Board of Certification serving as Schaeffler’s independent certification body. Mobius is accredited by the accreditation board of Australia and New Zealand.
