SmartCheck – Basic Training

Training Objectives
This training enables a simple introduction to vibration monitoring. The participants are made familiar with selected basic functions of the Schaeffler SmartCheck or the Schaeffler ProLink CMS. You will learn how to commission the measuring devices and monitor machines with trend analysis. Each part of the lesson is followed by a practical part, for which we provide each participant with their own equipment in order to guarantee the best possible learning success.

Training contents

• Installation and commissioning of the devices
• Overview of the core functions of the devices
• Edit the general standard configuration
• First inspection of the measured data
• Learning phase, alarm thresholds and alarms
• Download of measured data
• Exercises

Workshop
On a second optional day at the customer’s site the application of the SmartCheck is the key focus. Together with the trainer, the contents of the training are implemented at a preselected machine and covered in greater detail.

Target Group
Technicians and engineers working in maintenance as well as technically interested employees, no restrictions apply.

Qualification
Basic PC user skills and the handling of PC based Software are required.

• Registration no later than 14 days before start of the training course.
• We reserve the right to cancel training courses on the grounds of undersubscription up to 14 days before the start of the training course.
• If training participant cancels attendance at the course after registration has been confirmed, 40,- € processing fee will be charged. Cancellation less than 2 weeks 50% of the course fee is charged. If the client nominates a substitue, this rule does not apply.
