Detector III - Basic Training

Training Objectives
This training provides easy access to vibration measurement techniques. With preselected basic functions for configuration, acquisition of measurement data and trend analysis machine monitoring is introduced step by step. Theoretical and practical parts alternate to support knowledge transfer. To ensure learning success we provide measurement equipment for each participant.

Training contents

• Overview of the core functions in the Detector III and Trendline
• Edit the standard configurations in Trendline
• Assort a route in Trendline
• Communication between Trendline and Detector III
• Vibration measurements on a test rig
• First trend analysis and alarming

Workshop
On a second optional day at the customer’s site the application of the Detector III is the key focus. Together with the trainer, the contents of the training are implemented at a preselected machine and covered in greater detail.

Target Group
Technicians and engineers working in maintenance as well as technically interested employees, no restrictions apply.

Qualification
Basic PC user skills and the handling of PC based Software are required.

• Registration no later than 14 days before start of the training course.
• We reserve the right to cancel training courses on the grounds of undersubscription up to 14 days before the start of the training course.
• If training participant cancels attendance at the course after registration has been confirmed, 40,- € processing fee will be charged. Cancellation less than 2 weeks 50% of the course fee is charged. If the client nominates a substitue, this rule does not apply.
